FAQ

What to know before we start working together

Answers to the questions we hear most from new clients; if yours isn't here, just ask us directly.

Case consulting is one or a few focused sessions around a specific, urgent decision (like choosing a supplier or setting a price). Business consulting is a longer project-based engagement that starts with analyzing your current state and goes through to redesign and execution. If you're not sure which fits, we'll figure that out together in the first session.

Cost depends on the type of service and project scope. Case consulting usually has a fixed, upfront price; business consulting and technical projects are scoped and priced individually. In the first session, which is free, we give you a clear scope and rough cost estimate — no upfront commitment required.

Yes. The first session is for hearing about your business and identifying the right type of service, and it's free. If we determine you don't need further engagement, we'll tell you that honestly right there.

Yes, most case consulting sessions and many business consulting sessions are held online. For larger execution projects or in-person training workshops, on-site delivery is also available.

Yes. All financial, operational, and strategic information shared with us during the engagement is treated as confidential, and we'll sign an NDA before starting work if you'd like one in place.

Yes. Case consulting in particular is designed for small and early-stage businesses that need one specific decision made, not a long, expensive contract. Many of our clients are teams of fewer than 10 people.

The 90-Day Program is a structured, pre-defined package that combines business consulting, software development, and training into one path with weekly milestones. Business consulting on its own is usually more flexible and scoped specifically to you.

For case consulting, the output is usually ready within the same week. For business consulting and technical projects, you typically see early signs of progress in the first four to six weeks — but the full result depends on project scope, and we'll talk through realistic numbers in the first session.

No. The Etook team has worked with businesses ranging from retail and distribution to technical services, manufacturing, and service startups. Our approach is built around your process and structure, not a specific industry.

Every project starts with a defined scope and metrics, and we review real progress with you at set milestones. If at any point the path isn't matching your expectations, we'll adjust it right there or end the engagement — we won't hold you to a path that isn't working.

Both. Unlike a lot of purely theoretical consulting, Etook's technical team can directly build the tool, dashboard, or automation being proposed, and our training team helps your internal team carry the work forward.

Just use the form on our contact page or request a free consultation. We'll be in touch within one business day to schedule the first session.
